Xaviera Arneodo

Xaviera Arneodo joined Gyrus in September 2025. 

She was previously a Principal at Hg Capital in London and Paris, focusing on software and tech-enabled services investments, and also served as a detached operator leading post-merger integration and strategic projects. Earlier, she worked in Jefferies’ TMT Investment Banking team in London. 

She holds a Master’s in Business Management from EDHEC Business School in Lille, France, and a Diploma in Finance & Accounting from the London School of Economics.
