Xaviera Arneodo joins Gyrus Capital team

The Swiss-based investment firm focused on healthcare and services, is strengthening its team to address growing opportunities, particularly for corporate carve-outs in its focus sectors. The firm has seen increasing opportunities, especially in the €50 to €500 million segment.

Xaviera joins Gyrus from Hg Capital, where she was a Principal in London and Paris focusing on investments in the software and tech-enabled services sectors. 

She also spent over a year on secondment with a Hg portfolio company, leading strategic projects including post-merger integration design and the integration and restructuring of a transformational acquisition. 

Earlier in her career, she worked in the Investment Banking division at Jefferies in London, within the TMT team.

She holds a Master’s in Business Management from EDHEC Business School in Lille, France, and a Diploma in Finance & Accounting from the London School of Economics.
