Accenture has completed the acquisition of lntellera Consulting, one of Italy's main providers of consultancy services focused on public sector innovation.

Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has agreed to acquire Intellera Consulting, an Italian consultancy firm operating in the public administration and healthcare sectors. The acquisition aligns with Accenture’s ongoing focus on helping Italian public service organizations enhance and transform their citizen services.

Intellera Consulting acquires Trust4Value (T4V), a company specialized in Data Analytics and Machine Learning services that develops solutions and systems aimed at the collection and analysis of large quantities of data, applying advanced analytical models, to help institutions and businesses take their business decisions.
