Mirco Dilda joins as Partner – experience in healthcare and consultancy – formerly co-head of Argos Italia
Alyson Greenwood joins as Partner and COO – to head back office and funds – formerly CFO of Argos
Complements the current team who completed the carve out of Dupont Sustainable Solutions for E.I. Dupont de Nemours and have two further investments in the pipeline for 2019.

Addition of 4 members to the Gyrus OAP
Adding capabilities in:- sourcing, execution, adding value to Gyrus businesses, with specific expertise in private equity, consulting, sustainability, and investment banking and in Switzerland and Italy in particular.
Marco Illy – Until 2018 head of investment banking at Credit Suisse A.G. and member of the executive board where he advised numerous clients in the Swiss financial and healthcare sectors. Currently on the Board of Directors of the Swiss innovation agency.
Nino Lo Bianco – Founder and former CEO of several consulting companies, including Business Integration Partners. 40 years top level experience in Management Consulting in Industry, Services and Public Administration.
Christina Pamberg – Managing Partner of Alcyon Holding, a family investment company in Switzerland. Formerly Head of Investor Relations for Europe and the Middle East with KKR; and VP at HarbourVest.
Davide Vassallo – CEO of DSS Sustainable Solutions. Formerly global leader of the sustainability practice at Arthur D. Little
ANNOUNCES PLANS TO RAISE AN INNOVATIVE CAPITAL POOL IN 2020
2 further investments planned in 2019 which will drain current capital pools.
Plans to launch the Gyrus Principal Fund and Gyrus Cortex Fund with anticipated first close
in Q4 2019, which will remain open into 2020.
