Previously, Bianca served as the Head of Innovation for an Italian Startup Accelerator and as Improvement Lead for a Swiss Investment Fund, working across regions spanning Sub Saharan Africa to the Middle East.

Bianca holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Geneva.
